Classes

My matwork classes are all set in halls which are bright, warm and with ample parking directly outside.

Matwork Pilates allows clients to practice within a group setting, using their body weight as resistance. Core muscles are stabilised on all exercises allowing the body to work efficiently.

By using small equipment in the classes — bands, fitness circle, weighted balls, rollers and fitness balls — allows safe but effective and challenging variations to the exercises. All exercises can be modified to suit individual needs by using sitting blocks, head blocks, cushions and bands.

I hold weekly classes:

Classes are block-booked each month, paid in advance — please don't attend a class without having booked. You should wear loose, comfortable clothing and will need a mat, all other equipment is provided. Each class programme is tailored to suit the group's needs, and individual exercises may be adapted for each attendee.
